Fulfilling our obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we provide information regarding the processing and protection of your personal data.

I. Information intended for PDC Clients and Contractors:
If you have a contract with PDC, in particular a sales contract, a cooperation contract, a service contract then PDC processes your data for the purpose, on the legal basis and for the period indicated below:

In most cases, PDC obtains your personal data directly from you. In certain situations, PDC may obtain your data:
From the entity on whose behalf or for whose benefit you are acting (applies in particular to employees/co-workers of PDC's Clients or Contractors); the data provided are most often your name, surname, official position, e-mail address, telephone number;
From publicly available sources, including business registries such as KRS and CEiDG.

other entities, persons or bodies - to the extent and under the terms of the law,
with the proviso, that sharing of your data with the aforementioned entities is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and with full compliance with the rules related to their security.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY PDC:
In connection with the processing of your personal data by PDC, you have the following rights:
the right to access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR);
the right to rectify your personal data (Article 16 GDPR);
the right to request erasure in the cases specified in Article 17(1), subject to the exceptions specified in the provision of Article 17(3) of the GDPR;
the right to request restriction of data processing in the cases specified in Article 18 GDPR;
the right to data portability in the cases specified in the provisions of Article 20 GDPR;
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, provided that the processing is based on consent;
the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) in the event that you believe that the PDC has violated data protection regulations.
In addition, due to the fact that your personal data will be processed by PDC for purposes arising from PDC's legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purposes for reasons related to your particular situation.
